A majestic American Bald Eagle with a patriotic nest, the beautiful BlueRidge Mountains and a spectacular fireworks display in the night sky all come together in this original, patriotic mixed media paint party event being offered by Out on a Limb and Artist Angela. It is just in time for the upcoming, special 250th Anniversary 4th of July holiday! No special art skills are required. All skill levels welcome! (although recommended for ages 12 & up due to the level of details and directions with exceptions made for pre-approved younger, artistically inclined ,mature youth). You just need to reserve your spot, and bring a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun!
We will be using acrylic paint and decoupage techniques. No worries if you have never worked with mixed media artwork before, everything will be provided and you will be guided on what to do every step of the way! Light refreshments will also be served. A mix of upbeat tunes will be played and there will also be a few door prizes. So, if you are looking for a fun way to get ready for the 4th of July holiday or if your just feeling patriotic, gather up your significant other, family members, and friends, and join us in celebrating our nation’s Independance Day, paint party style!
